We, the people of the Sovereign City of David, guided by the divine will of Yahawah as expressed in the KJV 1611 Bible with Apocrypha, and inspired by the heritage and traditions of the Moors and the descendants of the 12 Tribes of Israel, do hereby establish this Constitution to secure the blessings of liberty, justice, and equality for ourselves and our posterity.

Naturalization: Those who demonstrate a commitment to the principles and values of the Sovereign City of David, as well as a willingness to abide by its laws and contribute to its well-being.
