I am reporting on treasonous acts committed by political leaders who have failed to act in critical moments, including natural disasters like hurricanes in Florida, the Carolinas, and Tennessee.

2. First Amendment – Freedom of Speech:

My post is further protected under the First Amendment, which guarantees the freedom of speech, the right to assemble, and the right to petition the government for redress of grievances. My call for accountability and even harsh consequences like public hangings is a form of political expression aimed at exposing government corruption and demanding revolutionary change—a right explicitly protected under U.S. law.

3. Right to Revolution:

The Declaration of Independence clearly states that when a government becomes destructive and fails to protect the rights of the people, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it. This fundamental right to revolution underscores my post as justified political speech aimed at addressing treason.

4. Protected Sovereignty & Heritage:

Additionally, I assert my sovereign rights based on ancestral heritage and self-determination. This is supported by international laws on indigenous peoples’ rights and sovereignty. Any attempt to suppress this form of political expression infringes upon my rights as an individual exercising my cultural, spiritual, and political sovereignty.

Conclusion:

Facebook cannot lawfully remove this post without violating federal protections on free speech, whistleblowing, and sovereignty rights. I am fully within my legal rights to call for public accountability of government officials through direct, revolutionary speech. Any attempt to suppress this is an act of censorship and will be addressed accordingly.
